This page describes what Prison Navigator does with visitor data.
What we collect
We collect standard server access logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested page, referrer, timestamp) for security and basic traffic analytics. We do not require accounts.
Scripts
Pages load one third-party script, the Tailwind CSS CDN (https://cdn.tailwindcss.com). No advertising or analytics scripts are loaded.
What we never do
We never sell visitor data. We never share search queries with corrections agencies.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or California, you may email privacy@prisonnavigator.com to request deletion of any data we hold about you.
