We are a small editorial team. We read every message, but we cannot answer questions about specific inmates, schedule visits, deliver messages, or intervene with corrections staff. For those questions, contact the facility directly or the agency's central inmate records office.
Corrections to a facility page
If you spot an error on one of our facility pages — a wrong visiting day, a vendor that has changed, an outdated dress code — please tell us. Include the facility name, the URL, and what you believe the correct information is, with a source if you have one. We update facility pages weekly.
Suggesting a new facility
We aim to cover every state prison, federal facility, and county jail in the United States. If you don't see one, send us its name, state, and (if possible) a link to the official agency page so we can prioritize it.
Press and partnerships
We work with reentry coalitions, family-support groups, and public defenders' offices that want to mirror our content under their own branding. Get in touch and we'll set up a syndication arrangement.
